At Frankston S.E.S we encourage young cadets from McClelland College to come out and help us support the community, We also tech them the skills we have received and we offer them as much knowledge as we can give them for a successful future for them in life, also something they can offer to the community within the future.
The Cadet program at McClelland College is ran by the (Controller at Springvale) Philip Holt.
Phil is succeeding with the cadet program and the cadets in the program, Phil is also a teacher in other subjects such as, Science, SES Cadets and Physics
